Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website bitburj.org or engaging Bitburj W.L.L. for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Bitburj W.L.L. is a company registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

2. Services

Bitburj W.L.L. provides institutional-grade consulting and managed services including, but not limited to, ESG Automation & Compliance, IT Strategy & Digital Transformation, Financial Advisory & Accounting, Procurement & Supply Chain, and Business Development & Trading.

All services are subject to individual service agreements, statements of work (SOW), and/or service level agreements (SLA) executed between Bitburj W.L.L. and the client.

3. Client Obligations

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and service engagement
  • Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials and two-factor authentication mechanisms
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
  • Notify Bitburj W.L.L. immediately of any unauthorised access to your account

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary information, trade secrets, business data, and client data exchanged during the course of engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All deliverables produced by Bitburj W.L.L. become the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Bitburj W.L.L. retains ownership of its proprietary tools, methodologies, and AI systems.

6. Payment Terms

Service charges are as specified in the executed contract or SOW. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within thirty (30) days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitburj W.L.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Bahrain.
